When I started my business in 2012, I received just a handful of bookings over the first few years. I sat behind my desk waiting for enquiries, and only the occasional one came in.

At the time, I was in a full-time corporate job, travelling all over the world but feeling deeply unfulfilled. I wanted out of the rat race. I wanted my Celebrant business to be my full-time work.

I tried a few things, but it wasn’t until I created a clear system, the same system I now teach in the Celebrant Success Accelerator, that my business began to grow. I went back to basics, took control, learned what actually works, and applied it consistently.

I made it happen and there's absolutely no reason why you can't do it too.

It wasn’t about doing anything complicated or out of reach. I made a plan, blocked out time, strategised, and stayed determined. What really changed? I decided I wanted it enough, not in a “maybe next year” way, but in a “this is happening” way.

I loved officiating and creative writing, and I couldn’t see why I shouldn’t do more of it. Eventually, I left my corporate job for good.

I'm really busy, will this take up a lot of my time?

The course will be taught within the Course Hub and you will work through it at your own pace. You have access to the course content for 12 months so you have plenty of time to complete all the modules. It’s not an arduous course and won’t take a huge amount of time. The course modules are not marked but are designed to give you the tools to develop your own marketing strategy. It’s up to you if you want to join the optional weekly Q&A calls but you can watch these recordings after.

Miranda has been a celebrant for some 13 years, ever since she was roped into officiating ceremonies for a few friends. After that first one, she was completely hooked!

Her background is as eclectic as it is impressive, spanning marketing, HR, organisational development, business development, fundraising, creative arts therapies, and, more recently, coaching. She’s travelled the world, working with everyone from global corporations to grassroots charities, helping them embrace more people-centric ways of working and reach new heights.

But when it came to growing her own celebrant business, Miranda knew she needed more than just passion. The Celebrant Success Accelerator was a game-changer, teaching her how to carve out her niche, create and execute a robust marketing plan, and ultimately build a thriving business.
